Service Description

Help us get our glamping business up and running to support the horses. We ran into some delays with our town’s zoning board and while we hoped to launch our glamping domes by June 1st, we may not have approval that soon. The town wants additional surveying and site plans, so we’re trying to offset those costs. While we're waiting on zoning approval, we're offering gift certificates for one weekend stay – two nights for the price of one! You can purchase your gift certificate and even select a preferred date. If we have the zoning permit secured prior to that date, we will confirm your booking and lock you in. If not, your gift certificate will remain valid to book a future weekend once permits have been secured, or you may use the certificate toward other services such as yoga, hiking, foraging or horsemanship lessons. Getting these domes up and running is essential to the operations of our 501c3 nonprofit mustang sanctuary and training facility. All the proceeds will go toward our mission to train, adopt out and promote mustangs. We project that summer bookings will be able to provide year round feed and care for our whole herd. The glamping experience: stay in one of our insulated geodomes with a panoramic view of the forest out one window and the view of our herd meandering through their trail network out of your other window. Enjoy a king or double bed, couch, table, power station and lots of games that our domes are equipped with. We have a lovely outdoor shower with hot water as well as an outhouse for our guests to share. We even have two clawfoot tubs in the forest so you can take a hot bath and bring a whole new meaning to the phrase “forest bathing”! Bathing suits are required, so pack accordingly. Starting June 21st, Each weekend will have a schedule of activities that includes a simple breakfast station (pastries, cereal, granola, oatmeal, etc.) and coffee/tea down at the Terrasphere, our transparent geodome deep in the forest where we host yoga classes and events. Then there will be a variety activities available throughout the weekend like yoga classes, guided hikes with the horses, berry picking (July and august), demonstrations with the horses, campfires and more. Check in will be 4pm Friday and check out will be 6pm Sunday. This pass will be good towards one dome for up to two people. Additional activities are not included in the stay, but day passes can be purchased for $25 per person for all activities (aside from ticketed events).
