Facility rental includes an extra half hour prior to event start and after event end for set up/clean up.

A $200 deposit is required to hold your space, with the balance due 7 days prior to your event
Is the dome heated? Yes, however the floor is sand and there is no insulation, so it's difficult to regulate the temperature. We recommend that guests dress in warm layers to compensate for this.
Is there a bathroom? We do have a portapotty in our parking lot, which is a 1/2 mile hike (about ten minute walk). An additional portapotty out at the dome can be rented for an extra charge.
What if it rains? You're in for a treat! being in the dome in the rain is a magical experience, however you will want to wear mud boots and bring an umbrella for the long walk out.
What's the footing like in the dome? Sand. When you're in the dome, you remain grounded and rooted in nature, very literally.
We require a written agenda of your event detailed with which areas you will be using and when, as well as any included amenities such as the sound system or power station, as well as any add-ons you would like to offer. Once received, we will provide you with a final cost estimate based on this information. This is also so we can plan to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and you have all the equipment you need where and when you need it set up. You are also encouraged to include an alternate agenda if you choose to change your activities in the event of poor weather. This agenda is requested 7 days in advance to ensure that we have proper staffing and supplies.
The deposit is non refundable. If balance is not paid 5 days prior to scheduled event, we reserve the right to cancel the event and keep the deposit. There is no contingency for bad weather, so please plan appropriately. Guests interacting with horses or hiking rough terrain may be asked to sign a liability waiver. Any activity including horses is inherently dangerous, so please pay close attention to any and all safety briefings.
