Wild Roots Retreat

Are you feeling frazzled, burnt out and disconnected from nature, yourself and your purpose? Liberate yourself from the daily grind and reconnect with the earth. Carve out some much needed time for yourself and rediscover your passion. Join us for a one of a kind experience in nature, surrounded by a herd of wild horses wandering through a mature forest, as we create space to recharge our spirits and our bodies.

We'll investigate what it looks like to connect with our inner wildness in a world filled with double shifts and awful commutes. How do we stay centered in our daily lives in a way that moves us toward our higher purpose in life? How do we achieve balance between the here and now and an uncertain future?

We'll begin with dinner Friday night and spend some time getting to know each other  before we settle in to our camp under the stars in the dome.

10:30 discussion & journaling: how to reconnect with your purpose and passion in life

2:00 hanging with the herd: herd observation and discussion

4:00 creating your environment: terrarium building project. We'll hike through the woods and find elements to create a tiny ecosystem contained in a glass bowl
