Autumn Colors Yoga Series

Wild Ride will be pairing with Simplify Yoga to offer a 15 minute easy to moderate nature hike out to the dome followed by a 1 hour yoga class and 15 min hike back.

Please arrive by 5pm (there is plenty of parking). The hike will begin at 5pm sharp. Once we arrive at the dome kick off your shoes and enjoy the soft sand under your feet as we practice a 1 hour yoga class. All levels are welcome to this class. Mats are optional. After the yoga class we will hike back to the parking lot.

This is a Rain or Shine event (bring an umbrella or poncho for the hike)

What do you need:

Comfortable walking shoes for nild to moderate rocky terrain

Comfortable clothing (dress in layers)

Water

Mat (optional if you would like to have a beach yoga experience, no mat is needed)
